Beta Closed: Thank You for Helping Shape CleanHaus

Our public Beta is now officially closed, and we want to extend a huge thank you to every host and cleaner who participated. Your input has been invaluable in helping us shape the future of CleanHaus.

Over the course of the Beta, we learned a lot about what works, what needs refinement, and where we can make the biggest impact for both hosts and cleaners.

What We Learned

• Automatic scheduling can be frictionless. Hosts and cleaners loved the ease of cleanings being scheduled instantly and without back-and-forth.

• Structured task lists matter. They not only help hosts standardize operating procedures but also give cleaners a reliable space to document the nitty gritty details of each property.

• Property condition needs clear definition. We heard loud and clear that adding a way to rate property condition at the start of each cleaning would build trust and set expectations.

• Notes and photos save time. When structured well, they streamline communication, protect cleaners’ work, and reduce confusion for hosts—but we also saw areas where we can simplify this experience further.

Why It Matters

This feedback is critical to shaping our product offerings. CleanHaus is being built with hosts and cleaners at the center, and every insight from the Beta brings us closer to delivering a platform that truly supports your day-to-day operations.
